cant you just integrate escrow or build some simple similar tool on the wepsite

Legally, no product/service that breaks another sites' TOS should be allowed to be sold. That includes buying links to game google serps or buying bulk accounts of social media platforms, etc etc...

if i were to ask fb, google, etc if it was ok to sell/buy bulk accounts of their platforms, im 100% sure they would say no

take a look at yuzu (emulator), festinger (themes seller), and many other examples. THe main affected company turned their eye on them and the seller got in trouble... Imagine if everyone was KYC verified here... SO much liability!
Yet, KYC accounts were discussed specifically here, together with BHW's decision about them.

I didn't speak about my personal view of the subject.

"- never use crypto
- never use tg
- never buy anything related to accounts"

Bro, New users doesn't know that if they are new on this platform. New users will use the payment method the seller prefers. The only thing BHW can do is prohibit sellers from sharing Telegram or talking outside this platform. By doing this, all conversations are saved and can’t be deleted, unlike on Telegram. This will decrease the number of people getting scammed by sellers. Also, add a placeholder in conversations so new users know that sharing Telegram or talking outside BHW is against the TOS and can lead to a suspended account. If a seller asks to talk on Telegram or other applications, the buyer can instantly report the seller, and moderators can issue a warning.
Yeah, so we're on the same page... No TG, No crypto, No accounts buying.

come on, man. where do you think residential proxies come from? people just have thousands of homes with their own routers/modems ?

how do you think ad accounts or aws/google cloud accounts are verified? do you think sellers verify them with their own details?

we can go on and on

we are just playing dumb at this point

It really doesn't matter at this point, the decision has already been made. What's the point of rediscussing it?

Everyone ask the same and the staff and other reputable members reply the same.

Escrow is not affiliated with BHW. But you can use escrow during business through BHW

i know.

im just saying that the statement is way too vague

people sell kyc stuff covertly. everyone knows that

im just saying that we are ignoring the real issue, which is "kyc items sold is banned", but we will require kyc...

dude, that will kill the marketplace

People are getting scammed for years on this platform, and now even more than before.

People (mostly newbies) simply put their trust in Paid Members on BHW, that's it. A pure fact. We can't get around it.

You can't blame BHW for some members actions, but you can wonder if things like this should be implemented.

I suggested to put a small question mark or some kind of alert mark somewhere near the usernames of Paid Members who are below 100 reaction score (likes) so newbies could click it and see additional information, link to thread about safety, and a general warning that new paid members might be dangerous.

Link to thread: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/preventing-scam-by-increasing-the-level-of-alert.1650491/

BHW got threads about everything, but who is going to read them? You need to put such threads in that alert symbol.

Now could this ruin the BHW rep? I don't know, I really don't think so, but am not super smart to know.

Let's go ahead and consider this implemented.

PROS: Scammers would need to hustle more, expose themselves more, type some copy/paste good method to earn that 100 likes.

People would call them out for their BS most likely, it would be surely more interesting. They wouldn't leave the forum for sure.

CONS: Maybe speed of buying paid memberships reduces, so that could result in less sales, but I doubt it will be the case.

Because, even with some warning sign near their name, they can still proceed with scam without taking much care.

This would at least protect the members a little bit more, and eventually help.

It's better than all other things, because it's clearly visible right away.

Everyone need to understand that prevention requires something being visible always to the members.

Isn't that hilarious? I've been talking about richduck being a scammer since August-September. He also gave me the proof perfectly.

But the dispute settlement manager kept ignoring me and didn't expel him.

Since then, there have been victims, and they have finally been deported.

When I kept reporting, administrators told me, "Stop. I'll expel you if I do any more." Very funny.

You didn't provide the required elements so we could not act.
