Information For The Accused@richduck - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using our support channel only once you've refunded and/or provided what the plaintiff has requested.
If your responses to this dispute do not remain prompt, your account will be banned.
Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.
If the focus of this thread shifts from trying to resolve the dispute to simply wanting to see the other party banned, the dispute will automatically be ruled in favour of the other party.
The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.
Information For Other Members
If anyone else has the same issue with the accused, you may respond so long as you supply evidence in the form of screenshots, videos, etc.
Please bear in mind Dispute Resolution section rule #4 before responding.

Update : @richduck just deleted the entire telegram chat (didnt know it was even possible) that i had going with him for the last month or so. This is incredibly shady and I dont think he has any intention of refunding my money.

He could not delete DMs here which is why I tell people NOT to use TG, NEVER use TG.
We'll be discussing as to whether we allow TG In a dispute thread today as people just plain don't get it that it is a scammer's paradise.
Almost every BST has a TG link, i thought it was the norm as it was on all threads so i discussed all details there...

I know but that does not mean to buy via TG. It is a scammer's paradise and we may not allow that content in a dispute thread soon.
DMs, their support desk, even emails are safer... TG, I see too much of that in here as to scammers.

He has been scamming people for so long. He literally have past comments, and disputes against him. He is a scammer.
And you guys are not doing anything at all.
And because you guys didn’t do anything, I got scammed by him as well. I gave him a little more time to deliver but it’s one week and I still got nothing
If he don’t deliver then I am posting dispute with all the proof.

You better post proof before that as this is going to be settled today it seems.
As to us doing nothing at all, tell that to my wife when I put in 70 hours a week serving the community with a bunch of time in the dispute resolution subforum.
We can only act on facts, and you not coming forward as soon as you thought you were scammed is not helping us serve you.
