He wanted to purchase AWS account with $10k credit. He promised to pay immediately after taking the account. He took the account then says I should wait for 24 hours and after 24 hours that I should wait for 48 hours. He has not returned the account and he has not paid me. We agreed on $900.

Summary of Dispute:

Hello, I sold an aws account with 10k credit to BHW seller whom I think is reliable. It was for $780. He said he would secure the account and make the payment, but he hasn't made a payment for 2 days. I read the complaints written about it. I doubt I can get the payment. All interviews were conducted through BHW PM

Information For The Accused
@Techkat - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

Information For Other Members
If anyone else has the same issue with the accused, you may respond so long as you supply evidence in the form of screenshots, videos, etc.

OK here is my side of story

I am reseller and selling account of @https://www.blackhatworld.com/trade/1647695

He took payment and didnt delivered account to users

Then suddenly he asked for give $10k account which we took from @Felixtaylor

Payment suppose to give same day but then @EdgarLiceaga contact me and gave me other account which we agree for $950. Again i gave account to @https://www.blackhatworld.com/trade/1647695 because i was not selling $10k

Suddenly all chat disappear and people start claim

I did research and same account which @EdgarLiceaga gave me and i gave to https://www.blackhatworld.com/trade/1647695 for selling. Sold by @EdgarLiceaga to some user

I sent mail to that email and they told me they bough that account from @EdgarLiceaga

@EdgarLiceaga and @ziogilla both are same and partner and did scam with me and others

Hahahaha am I reseller, right??? It’s really funny. You have been targeting all aws credit sellers for a few days and your only goal is that no sellers are left here. You just want to make money yourself, you try so that no one wins.

I got scammed out of $1500 by @Techkat.

Here is the proof, and now he has deleted his Telegram account. Could a moderator please assist with this issue?

If you are purchasing a service from me, I don’t care about your story. I only support you regarding my service.

Why do you continue to slander people instead of talking about the 780 USD you defrauded?

You have many fake accounts on this forum. Since the complaint was filed, you have been targeting @EdgarLiceaga’s thread and constantly posting on these fake accounts to defame other sellers.

These accounts are 1-2 months old. The BHW team will weed out fake accounts one by one and remove you from here.
