Dispute Summary​

The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

The dispute thread will remain live and is now open to commentary as rule 4 is no longer enforced in this thread.

This was horrible. I have no doubt that the accused didn't mean to scam, but issuing the refunds was painfully slow, and not notifying users beforehand was a disgusting move.
Even if they didn't get banned, I don't think they could've recover from it.

If any aspire business owner is reading this, it could be a great lesson for you.
This is how you drive your business and reputation to the ground for no good reason.
 
The most disputed and long lasting dispute ever made in bhw.

There is lot to learn from this dispute.
 
I guess the seller really did try to make this work and do right by his customers but cant understand why he didnt just instantly refund his customers and wait for the banks to get his money back.

Feels bad to see old sellers with reputable business history ditch everything over few $$$...
 
So E.PN is banned from BHW?
Damn these are some slimy people... they have been ignoring all my support requests, and not giving me a refund for my funds on them.
Sad to see them turn into these greedy ......
 
They kept accepting new clients even when they know that their system was broken
so that what happen when you just want to make money and don't care about the costumer
it's bad for other people that don't have BHW to protect them and help them get the refund
 
That was quite the show... But imo a decision was quite slice through, as far as i have been using VCCs epn actually not that bad (if you don't use it for 1 time buying in the store restricted in your place).
Something totally been destructed in their service, sad to see they refused to take actions promptly and started to think only when reputation was in danger.
Another story in there is the folks who wanted to pay for OF, lmao guys...
 
Even though they are banned I have a question for EPN users: for me Its still not working ... the new card issued is not working doesnt exist when performing transaction on Stripe for example, anyone can confirm their cards are broken?
