I recently heard that mobile rotating residential proxies are better. is that true?

ive been using residential proxies and my accounts keep getting suspended or the accounts keep getting error #400 and temp bans from perfomring actions.

Im currently testing out a mobile rotating residential proxy for instagram and so far my bot is working fabulous and im able to perfom tons of task quickly, i did lost an account to suspension so far but that same account was acting weird and constantly blocked from perfoming any kind of action and was exposed to a bad proxy that i was refunded for.

what are you opinions.
