Can someone get this program: managewp.com? It's appears to be exactly what I need to manage multiple WP Blogs.

It is not a program. It is a hosted service. You have to pay to use it.

By the looks of it it is a monthly membership and not a desktop software
Unlikely to be shared, allbusiness.
Unless you can find and run a white label copy on your own server?
