[REQ] Facebook comment rater bot ? Is there anything like it ?

I tried searching on the forum and google but no luck so far.
I there a bot able to like and comment on facebook comments ?

So basically you put facebook accounts, it logs in into every account, finds your comment
on the page and likes it + comments on it choosing a random comment from a .txt file

This shouldn't be hard to make but I have no resources atm for hiring a coder, that's why
I'm asking if there is anything similar out there that can do the job.

Is Ubot able to create such bot ?
