Reliable SMM Panel for Youtube monetization ?

I need to get past the initial Youtube requirement of 1000subs and 4k hrs to get a channel monetized and was looking to get an SMM panel service to provide the views on a 1hr video I will be uploading for this purpose.

Which SMM panel service would you recommend that is actually working as expected as of today?
