Regular Auto update Api data from website to Google sheet or excel

i need to get update api data (every 30 minutes/ hourly ) from this https://api.coinmarketcap.com/v1/ticker/reddcoin/ exported to google spreadsheet or excel need automatically and every request should be done under 20 seconds (optionally). method should can be use to other similar api (ex: https://api.coinmarketcap.com/v1/ticker/metaverse/ or https://api.coinmarketcap.com/v1/ticker/metalcoin/) and no imacross
