► REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available under clear and reasonable conditions.

A refund may be issued if:

• Access is not delivered within 24 hours after payment is confirmed and required details are provided.
• A major Redd.Ninja system issue prevents the dashboard, cloud phones, or automation jobs from working properly, and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time.

Cloud credits:

Cloud credits are used for real cloud phone runtime.

Used credits are normally not refundable. However, if credits are consumed because of a verified Redd.Ninja bug, outage, or system error, the affected credits will be restored, refunded, or compensated fairly.

Important:

• Individual post results are not guaranteed. Reddit behavior, account quality, proxy quality, subreddit rules, NSFW settings, media setup, and user configuration can all affect performance.
• Bad proxies, account bans, subreddit restrictions, incorrect Reddit settings, user-side setup issues, or individual failed posts are not considered failure to provide the service.

If something genuinely breaks on our side, we’ll take responsibility and work out a fair solution.

► SETUP (READ BEFORE BUYING)

• Proxies: bring your own — not included. Mobile proxies work great.
We personally run US mobile proxies. Residential proxies not
recommended.

• New accounts: let them sit 24h on the cloud phone before running
any automation. Skipping this is one of the most common reasons
accounts run into issues early.

• NSFW accounts: manually enable NSFW in Reddit settings before
posting to NSFW communities. If it's off, posting won't go through
— Reddit's side, not ours.

• Images: run through Image Studio first, export at 80–100KB
(Compact option). Noticeably smoother.

• Rotate images every 3–5 days.

cloud credits are generally non-refundable once access is granted.

That said, we are not here to hide behind policies.

If there is a real issue caused by Redd.Ninja — for example a larger
automation problem, platform-side outage on our end, or a verified bug
affecting your ability to use the service properly — contact us via
Telegram and we will find a solution.

Depending on the situation, compensation may include extra cloud credits,
extended access time, or another reasonable solution.
