Start shaking one off yourself on cam, better money in that if you get the right niche.

I'm doing this for some years now, and it's not about just being a middle man.

You can blaim yourself if they don't go live, it's like throwing a kid out of your boat and say "I'll see you back home for dinner".

It takes (a lot of) guidance, support and work to make a living out of this.

And as Oxon said, you would be/are shitty pimps!

I've thought about the exact thing BrandingBaw.

Even though I have 0 experience in this, I think that you can make a fortune even with a couple of models if you are confident and do everything face-to-face with a lot of effort and work put in. Emails and online counseling simply wouldn't cut it.

A cousin of mine in my country (3rd world) does these things illegaally (includes hum@n trrafficking etc.) and I do not envy his life and his work.... the reasons would be quite obvious. However, as far as I know, he achieved all his fortune and the reputation (even though he works undergroundd) through connections, good managing and always being there in case of something.

So there you go. Can't expect to be a pimmp through emails I guess.
 
@Nungake, you nailed it.

This is no business for guys hanging behind their PC's and trying to get some money by referring some girls. Females (like males) can be stupid, but especially when it comes to such sensitive jobs, they are everything besides it.

Forget about masses or even bringing in one single super performer, it's all about interaction and the game. You either have it in you, or you don't.

I think the adult webcam industry is a false good idea.

1. If it was so well paid, there would be much more women from USA and western europe. Right now the biggest number of camgirls come from Romania and eastern europe where purchasing power is lower and average salary is around 600$ per month

2. Many girls consider working as a webcam girl the same as working as escort girls.

3. The webcam girls websites that already exist are here since 10 years and they are huge. Starting an adult webcam website today, is like trying to compete with amazon.com

4. Cam models aren't reliable. They can't stick to a schedule. Sometimes they are online and sometimes they are not online for months. Some are also unrespectful with customers.

Conclusion:
I asked business managers of realworld businesses to tell me what was the biggest source of issues in their business. They all told me human resources. So, if you can find a business which is not related to human resources, it is great.
 
I know this is a older thread but id like to revive it and keep it going. If anyone had any other ideas or advice itd be much appreciated. Otherwise we are a new webcam site and are looking for major studios or affiliates to work with as we pay and wait for our seo team to rank us. Furthermore we want to lock in a studio or recruiters that can provide enough models before we start spending heavily on traffic. If this is something you would be interested in please let us know. Thanks.
 
I would like to amend what i have said before about the adult webcam industry.

If you are interested in that, see what you can do with east european studios. I strongly recommend not to interact with independent webcam girls because they are very difficult to work with.

I have witnessed that webcam girls made a significant amount of money and i thought i could take advantage of it. However, i have discovered that it was almost impossible to find serious webcam girls with whom i could work. Many of them are psychologically unstable. Few can stick to a schedule when it is virtual.


I think only real world studios can manage webcam girls.

Classified websites are best option from my point of view. Try your luck.
 
There is 2 ways you can go with it in my opinion :

- Recruit 500 models in bulk with ads, out of them only 5 or 6 may be really profitable shit.
- Go to webcam site and directly recruit stable models for another site with a nice incentive (there are tons of incentive I can think of);

-> It's like recruiting for a company. Either you post an ad and interview everyone, only a few will be good. Or you go to other companies and buy employees.
 
Join DATING Affiliate sites and get paid for those (actually signups can pay as high as 5 dollars, and paid signups to the sites up to 20 dollars and more) _ forget cam sites - the instability of the girls is not worth the work, you might as well push MLM soaps, potions and lotions, and then try and keep your downline active..... it's the same thing, only worse..

BUT if I was to do this, I would JOIN one of the sites as a pervert member, and then Private Message the girls, and get in on their good side, spend some money on them, and then tell them you recruit girls and help them get started, and see where that conversation goes........ they may give you some leads.

Any model who can make thousands every minute would rather go direct with a company instead of working with a pimp daddy.

Most models you can recruit won't make enough to be worth your time.

if you haven't been a been a boss/manager in real life its gonna be hard for you to understand, females always find something to complaint about, they are often lazy and self entitled, a lot of them don't understand the meaning of hard work to earn money. a lot of them do it because they have to specially in low income countries.

basically you have to study the different personalities of woman and why they may want to do this type of work

do they need money for school?
do they need money because they are singe mothers?
do they need money because they can't find work?
