like everyone and their mother have told you: increasing DA does not mean increase ranking.

your question is about increasing DA and not increasing ranking.

if ranking: i got 2 suggestions:
1. send an email to Sergei and larry at google and have them to give you a contextual do-follow link from www.google.com
2. send an email to this guy named jeff at amazon and ask for the same thing.

all 3 are nice guys and would be more than happy to help you out.

Try @Metal Dog service he might be having a thread here. he can increase any domain to DA-20 and 30 for a price, I did test his service previously. He did what he said.
 
Maybe what you mean is to increase PA and DA.

So that your content is fast in the google index and get ranked.

There are 200 types of SEO techniques.
Increase domain autority.
I don't know how yet.
Maybe the person below me knows.

Right now I only focus on high quality content and backlinks and plant keywords with high traffic volume and low competition.

What there mother told you that they give links but she may told you that they don't give do-follow links to everyone.

Looking at the page you got more to worry about that DA...

That entire home page content needs to be restrucuted you also don't need to mention "X Video Downloader" or the word "Video Downloader" 13-14 times in different h tags as well as then have it spammed to death in the content.

If I was you I would start looking at Sage, AntiVirus Sites etc and see how the craft the product page or widget download pages and take some notes from there..

To sell articles with links to people that do not know about what counts, in my country, they pay between $150-$250 per link on really bad "blogs" that are niche related, because they think DA is good for their website .. So, it is really easy money .. ;-)
 
If you are just looking to improve DA then just build links. To build traffic you also need to create a good user experience and quality content.
