Here's the short version:

My friend runs an online illegal business. He used to use greendot moneypak to receive payments but he recently got his account shut down for suspicious activity. Now I'm helping him explore other options such as bitcoins but it seems like too much hassle to get them in cash which is what he really wants. Now here's my idea- I know that you can't just have people send money over Paypal because Paypal will think it's suspicious as well. However, if he set up a website (which he already has) and sell products such as tattoo guns (which he already does), and have a drop down menu with a different option for my people purchasing the illegal product, but it still shows up in the paypal account as a purchase for a tattoo gun, would this work??

The only flaw that I'm not sure how he would get around is that people can open a claim with paypal and say that they never received the item and get their money back..

If you have any recommendations for anonymous payment forms, please suggest. Thought about Payoneer but they're not applicable for U.S. residents I guess.

Using paypal, sell an intangible item, like a a membership to the website itself, rather than a tangible product, like the tattoo gun. You will win any dispute in paypal other than a chargeback... you almostnever win those with an intangible item.

try this ...
provide online graphics help .... like logo designing, banner designing etc etc ..... and then the person who buys the service will pay the money for graphics service .... and also it will show up in the paypal account as a purchase of a graphic designing .....
maybe this will work ..... :) :)
