Ready CMS (Web) but wich business model

I have a fully functional cms and also weekly new customers like small companies.
But the amount of money ı receive is currently around 1000$ per month.

What type of projects I could start to increase our monthly money workflow?

Look over your current pricing, think of upsells, downsells, what features can be limited to various pricing points etc. Talk to your current customers, what do they like about your pricing, features, what dont they like, etc.

You should ask them the following questions:

1. The price at which the product is so cheap that they would question its quality
2. The price at which the product is inexpensive, but not so inexpensive that they would question its quality.
3. The price at which the product is expensive, but not so expensive that they would still consider it
4. The price at which the product is so expensive that they would not consider it

And from the answers you'll be able to put a better price on your CMS.

Also look into creating a holistic marketing plan with a set budget % of sales.

Hey man how do you track clients? I’m looking clients for casino websites . This is a huge market with expensive costs i had saw some casino deals by $5K . Other casino “scripts” with regular / lifetime licenses and that’s the cheapest option
