Re-use Facebook Pixel

I have been lurking BHW for couple of years now, had a lot of unfinished projects and one successful dropshipping store.

I was using FB ads to drive traffic and had more than 2000 conversions. For personal reasons, I had to sell the store and I am currently owing Facebook 550 eur in ad debt.

Since I can't repay the debt right away, I was wondering if I can open up a new ad account under different username, but use the pixel information from the past account?

Also, if I succeed to do this, what would happen if I don't repay FB the 550 eur debt at all?

Facebook will close your ad account very soon if you do not pay ot back.. i remember a guy who got it closed for 75 and other guy 220 bucks.
If you did make the custom audience from that pixel then you could use the audience, based on that pixel information or if you got emails from that pixel, upload list of these these to a new facebook ad account and create similar audience of your previous clients (emai list) facebook does that for you.
You can create a new account and ad account anytime if you use different credit cards.

You can re-use the pixel for now, but it really depends on how old the data is, how old is it?

The data has been gathered from feb to aug 2017. So basically I don't have to worry about any legal consequences, if I don't pay the debt and all I have to do is to create a new account with a different credit card? Seems too easy to exploit imo, but I am not complaining if it turns out to be true.

So if I open another ad account, can I share the previous pixel data with it and continue running the same campaigns? If so, how can I accomplish this?
