Hey guys,So lots of people are ranking their sites via backlinks only. But I would like to know, what are also important to do besides backlinks? Please come with some tips to important things to do to getting ranked higher on Google. I hope you get my question with my bad English. :DCheers

Could you please say more then one word? :)

Social signalling is quite important (shares are very important, likes, mentions etc.) Google takes this into consideration across many platforms. But this doesn't mean you can purchase 4 million likes and you're set. It's about growth and traction over time and I wouldn't expect you can rank alone off social signals - though would love to hear if anyone get's good results just from social activity.

4 things you need to focus on.1) On site. Which includes nearly everything your site is made of. From how content is produced and organized down to the code level.2) Backlinks. We have a surplus of guides covering everything. But you want "clean", powerful, highly relevant links + links that drive traffic. Never build links just to rank without building links that drive traffic. Diversification 101. As far as socials go I only use them for conversions, not ranking. 3) Not sure if this is part of onpage but I personally consider it to be. Google likes big sites. So all my long term sites are big. And I always try to build a site out huge & neatly organized before I rev up the backlinking. 4) That saying "content is king"... is half true. I think of it more like backlinks are king and content is the queen. When you put all this time into building and ranking a profitable site you want content that's gonna convert the shit out of traffic. So I take my power pages (10-20% of the overall site) and do them like a pro copywriter would. I always aim to simply make those pages better than my competitors pages. The backpages that target lower hanging fruit I'll churn out much faster with The Dragon. I'll straight out copy old library books, steal from private databases, spend 1 week spinning 3 paragraphs then I'll slip in spun paragraphs here and there. The quality is always relevant to my competitors and potential traffic. If it's a page that will only get a couple hundred SM I'll spend 2-3 mins transcribing it. If it's a top 10 power page I might spend a few days on it. -BBedit: site keeps removing formatting I'm not c&p again.

Wow thanks for the answer BreaknBrix
