i went through my credit card in paypal thinking it'd be safer (at least i always do) is it?
besides what do we type in and stuff? idk , i've never had to file a dispute with paypal before, have had 99% great sellers.
i mean, i'm trying to be "nice" and not file a dispute cuz i know that could ruin anyone's paypal... call me a softee, i'm just holding out for everyone involved to do the right thing.
He seems to be avoiding that question .. I wonder why.

Hey,
He cannot answer anything about this, he has copied the code and actually missed the decapthcer affiliate thing because it's not a URL (he has sharply removed my another affiliate link, as it was an easy URL).
Programmers need to code for decaptcher to be used in PHP or desktop based application. But as he has to copy a 'lot' so easy miss and thanks god he missed it other wise it would be difficult for me to prove anything.

what do you want us, the buyers of the lifetime to do, if you want us (me) to sit and wait and not do any actions, sure i'm sure the lifetime ppl would be happy with that.
i don't want to speak for other lifetime buyers, but i'll just put my trust back into the mods and do what they suggest, until i hear differently.

Also, let me tell you his biggest problem (cause plugin is mine)
If he remove my code files, then his plugin won't be able to do :
1) Scraping of Google
2) Proxy Support
3) Decapthcer integration
4) Auto approve list upload.
5) Check for approval
6) Campaign creation
7) Log area
8) Settings for campaign
9) Comment posting (This is major thing as comment yields backlinks)
In short, he backlink plugin won't be able to do any backlinking because for all backlinking mechanism he has straight away stole from my plugin.
Overall, rankbox would be straight away useless.
If he remove my code files, then his plugin won't be able to do :

I don't usually get involved in shit list threads but I just want to give some perspective to you ExtremeSEO.
You have two options here you see.
1. Don't refund your buyers and steal the hard working mans code, ruin your reputation, get a lot of paypal disputes which will eventually make you give back the money and be ashamed.
2. You refund everyone and apologize and at least keep your dignity and you will be able to keep your head high.
Either way you will loose your money cause that many disputes will raise a warning flag, so you see, the best option is to step up and be a man.

My concern is BHW . . . What he does to the rest of the world
will be handled by someone else outside of BHW. I do know this:
A Good Reputation goes a long way, and a Bad Reputation goes
even further.

Hey Wiz,
Please ask him to remove all of my files from his plugin.
If he want he can write his own code for all same functions.
Many people produce similar plugins and it's good for competition however stealing code and then copying plugin is not good at all.

You're also missing that, this is a big detriment to the BST, because as i'm sure many of you are aware of the BST takes a while to get approved b/c it is moderator checked and in essence BHW is looking out for us, the buyers, so we all just think that anything approved in the BST is pretty much safe.
it's not like the buyers of the lifetime license JV'd with someone or we bought something that was PM'd, it was thru the BST. and even though it seems like the lifetime buyers will be taking a big loss, the mods are trying as hard as possible to make sure this comes out correct for all parties involved, so if anything, the BST is also a victim here.

Just to let everyone know...I'm not one for arguments, which is why I haven't been responding.
However, for the current members - I am taking down the download from the members section and recoding it/replacing it - I will have the download back up within 2-3 days.
In the meantime, you can still grab your 5k backlinks through your API - and I will be e-mailing them to everyone each morning.

After checking extremeseo's plugin with carsonrathi's, it was pretty clear that Extremeseo stolen the code for rankbox. Further, Extremeseo did nt bother to reply for my question regarding affiliate codes.
As I said before, we mods are not dealing this issue with legal point of view and only as theft from fellow member.
BHW is like a family and we can't tolerate stealing from our own family members.
So, Issuing Permanent Ban for Extremeseo.
Many Thanks to my fellow mods Wiz, blackhit, bleemz and M.A.D for dealing in this issue to get it sorted.
