You could ask refund or go for paypal.
Any member here would suggest me how to take his site rankbox.me down? as i am sure now there's no chance of removing my code from his plugin.

We cant do anything on extremeseo for selling his plugin outside of BHW. Its members decision to get refund or make use of his plugins...

(i am not on the whole up and up on the whole paypal dispute thing, does this mean seller is disputing your dispute?)

The party is not over...I filed a dispute with paypal and just like with mudbutt, the seller escalated it to a claim...he even slandered me and lied in the paypal disputes sellers comments area saying that I wanted to steal his plugin, null it and sell it on another forum LOL

I don't know how to take it down but I'm sure there are some SEO experts here who could blast some links to this thread so that it ranks pretty high for "rankbox" and "rankbox review" and "rankbox scam."
edit: It's already #1 as a sublisting for "rankbox." Rankbox.me is only #4...

I work for paypal customer service but not for the US.
So i don't know if there are different rules but i think not.
If all the customer fill a dispute against him, you can be sure to recover your money.
It will juste take time.
EDIT; If someone haven't be refund, i ll be glad to help you.
