QuickBooks Help....

I'm having an issue uploading bank statements into QuickBooks.. One of the banks will only let you go so far back and download statements in a csv format. After a certain period of time, you can only download in PDF format. QuickBooks online you can not upload via PDF.

Has anyone here came across this issue on bhw? Any insight would be grateful on how to possible convert PDFs into csv, or qbo format to upload..

I've tried converting via Excel and QuickBooks will not load the PDF converted to csv file. It will load and I can see all purchases but when I confirm it gives an error and will not complete.

Or if anyone here has or knows of a service provider that can assist with getting this resolved.

What were your thoughts on the workaround in the video?

Im thinking about offering some accounting services, ill wait to get approval from the mods though to offer officially.

This process you describe was ironically, a part of my previous role working in Treasury. In short, you probs have to do it manually or you can use some software to do part of the work but you'll still need adjustments.

If your looking for drag n drop / plug n play style tools there is none to my knowledge thus far.

This is part of my "concerns" with QB and other simplified accounting tools, once you scale they dont have the functionality to handle the operation.

If you are still without a resolution i dont mind helping you.
How many statements or transactions are we talking?
