Quick questions about account creation

Need to make 4 or 5 pages, I already have 3, mostly inactive with 1 or 2 years, accounts from my personal profile, should I use these or should I just make a brand new account and do the new pages from there?
They will be fairly white hat pages. My main fear is that I won't appear on the suggestions as my accounts are old.

P.S. Same situation on Youtube and FB, should I just revive the old pages and start to post again or should I scrap them and start new ones or should I just make a new account in both?

Depends on your timeline. It'll take a while for an inactive account to get back into the swing of the algorithm, but could be worth it if it had a heavy following.

If you're just using white hat methods than it really is up to you. Not really any risk associate with it.
