1. It is technically okay to link multiple YouTube channels to one AdSense account. But there are some risks that comes with it. For example, if one of your channels violates YouTube's policies, your entire AdSense account could be suspended.

3. you should make sure that each channel is focused on a different topic and that you are not trying to game the system. Also make sure that you are following all of YouTube's policies.
4. It is true that new channels don't get as much attention from YouTube as established channels. So try to promote those channels.
