Post news, upload news automatically
Supports inserting images, links, videos
Spin text.
Solve captchas

GSA isn't only for forum posting. It can create blog comments, wiki links, web2.0, article posting, microblog, trackbacks and multiple other type of backlinks.
RankerX is specifically used for web2.0 posting.

The best tool used for just forum profile creation and posting purpose is XRumer, and it does support almost every forum platform with massive speed and functionlity.

It depends on, if the forums are highly moderated, then you need a human effort like VA to perform the required actions.
If it's a big list with millions of forums/boards, then you need XRumer to play it on massive scale.
As, I mentioned earlier GSA SER is not for forum posting.

I don't know about the resell policies of botmasterlabs (XRumer). But the risk of 2nd hand licenses is the actual owner might report it as stolen and can claim it back.

GSA SER is a nice tool. But if you ask me about the SEO impact of creating backlinks with it. TBH it is very low. This is 2023 and search engines have strengthened a lot against these automated solutions.
Mostly people use these tools to create lower tier backlinks to get them picked by the search engines.

Another example is a similar tool called Scrapebox. It's main feature was blog commenting which gave this tool glory on massive scale but it's still the best tool to save time because it has a lot of others features and you can perform several tasks with it apart from just comment spam.

Such as you can harvest keywords, relevant links, leads and hundreds of other things with it.
