[QUESTION] Outranking Aged Domains

Hey there,

I've found a keyword (?3,49 cpc, 3900 Global Montly Searches) which I will turn into a micro niche site. I did some research and almost everything I lookup says it's an easy to rank keyword. But when I'm looking at google there are like 5 aged domains (all between 1998-2001).

Is it easy to outrank those sites or should I avoid this keyword?

Just because there are aged domains doesn't mean its difficult. It really depends if they are all highly targeting the keyword, what there backlinks to the specific page thats ranking are ect... Keep in mind Google has to rank something, so if there isn't anything really optimized for the keyword then aged domains that aren't highly optimized would be the next best thing.

Alright, thanks for the info. I'll research the keyword a bit further to be sure.
