With Amazon affiliate programs offering such a low rate, what do you think of the idea of setting up an agreement between Brand Vendors (who only sell on Amazon) and Affiliates where the Affiliates would get the standard Amazon affiliate commission AND extra commission from the Brand Vendor for every unit sold? So basically, the Affiliate would get a check from Amazon at the end of the month and another check from the Brand Vendor once they have a way to confirm the number of sales that they brought to the Vendor’s product page on Amazon. Disclosure: I am a brand vendor with products on Amazon. We have excellent conversion rates but need to drive more traffic to the product page, and we need to do this quite rapidly. I’ve tried to search but have not found any discussion on this topic.
