Excuse me for asking the Noob question, but I am still new to the world of Google. My question is about the pages of your site that already indexed
Does Google repeat indexed constantly Or do you have to order this yourself from Google Console?
I mean, sometimes Google makes mistakes in indexed Or you are writing new things on the page for any reason

Google will re-crawl the indexed pages to check for modifications, so you don't have to resubmit it. However, if you want a quick re-crawl, then submit again.

Make sure you submit sitemap of website to google. And ocassionally check if page is indexed in google or not. If you getting little bit of traffic on website and pages are well interlinked then you won';t have to submit pages again and again to search console. They will start indexing automatically.

G crawls all the time and indexes anything new.
If you find that a page hasn't been indexed, ask G to index it in GSC.

In case of important updates or if a page isn't being indexed properly, you can request re-indexing in Google Search Console .

Google will be automatically re-crawling indexed pages to detect any updates so there's no need to resubmit. But if
you want a faster re-crawl you can submit again.

Google do it automatically keep submitting the site map in case of forced indexing

Google indexes automatically, but you can also request this manually in the Search Console.
Google may reindex a page multiple times.
If there is an error or something isn't showing up as expected, the Search Console can help diagnose and fix it.
