Web 2.0 allows (online) interaction. That is why Web 2.0 is worth my time!

Follow these steps when creating a web 2.0

1. Keep the username very much similar to your requirement. Lets say if you are going to write about finance alone, keep your web2.0 relevant to same like My Weblog or something similar.
2. Create categories, headings, about me etc sections. Since you have full control on each piece of stuff on the blog, make the most of it. Make it like a website.
3. Each content you create, keep it readable for the end user. Properly give interlinks, headings etc
4. Add images on each piece of content. Images will help in reaching a larger target audience and make the users stick to your blog for long.

What do you think about creating web 2.0 and buying pbn that will be linked to web 2.0. Does this would be ok for making web 2.0 more powerful? Or its better to linking from pbn to my money site? and create web 2.0 with some bookmarkings, social media, directories, that will linked to web 2.0?

Also i was reading on Matthew Woodward website it's better to linked from tier 3 links to tier 2 and tier 2 to tier 1. Do you think works? And last question,

Does my website can be de indexed if google finding pbn linked to my website? or google just de indexing pbn websites and my money site keeping alive?

Money Site<= Web 2.0 <= PBN = Safe, Expensive & Powerful
Money Site<= Web 2.0 Multi tier + PBN= More Powerful, Aggressive, Safe (if You Know How To Play) Else Can Be Risky If PBN Links Is Crappy.

Result Can Be Vary As Per Link Profile If Your Site Completely Ranking With PBN Than Definitely Your Site Can Be Deindex

Like with any backlink, it depends on the quality. If you really have quality PBN links then i don’t see it wise to use a buffer web2.0 inbetween. By quality PBN i mean website looking like a moneysite that’s not spammed with outgoing links. If it’s low quality spam then with buffer if at all. Yes, you can use other types of links for web2.0, just don’t throw any spam towards it.
Tiered link building can be done either way, but you can try how Matthew Woodward’s method works for you. The lower the tier goes the more links you need to support the tier above it. Therefore you will need much links and indexing them will be a challenge. Without indexing they won’t have any value.
Usually your site doesn’t get deindexed if few PBNs get deindexed, but your positions may fall due to losing good backlinks. However, if you only have PBN links and they all get wiped out then there’s a chance. This is another reason not to use low quality PBNs.
