Question about Facebook Instant Articles

Hi, there a bit of a noob question,

So I am interested in FAN however there are some questions I cant answer myself.
Do I need a website for Instant Articles ?
Do I need a certain number of followers on the FB Page ?
Do I just submit an HTML, CSS formatted document or is it more complicated ?
(pretty obvious but still) Do I need my article to be mobile optimized ?
Do I need an external Adsense program (or adsense like program) to monetize ?
Do I have any type of analytics to go with Instant Article ?
