Question about bots

I have 160k followers on Instagram, is it safe to use a bot on my account to follow/unfollow users? Also, my engagement is very low, I only get around 1500 likes per post. How do I gain more active followers? I'm scared to get disabled by Instagram.

If you have the RIGHT settings, you won't get banned. Those who get banned don't have the correct settings.

However, I wouldn't bot on your account, the activity is pretty bad, but you should be doing likes for likes, S$S and cred for cred.
