Hello bhw, sorry for the stupid question, i just want to ask is this normal? 130 followings and only 5 ppl follow back? are my accounts flagged?

i just started couple days ago and i dont know what should i expect.

Depends on your niche, how your account is setup, and your targeting. If your page looks spammy and youre not targeting correctly then obviosuly your follow back rate will be low.

now im warming up these accounts and following random people. gonna try target my followings by niche tomorrow, and see how it goes
