Another version of this for the top paragraph can be based on Google rankings or number of leads generated etc like this...

I {recently|have recently} increased the {lead flow|lead volume} for { Company Name } from 1 lead per day - 4 leads per day (this of course applies to real businesses that you helped grow, don't just put these numbers into an email and send it out! also make sure you obtain permission from your client first) by {obtaining|achieving|securing} {high|top} {Google ranking positions.|Google rankings.} {References available.|I do have references available.|Ask for references if interested.|If interested, ask for references.|References available.|References available if requested.}

OR

I {recently|have recently} increased the {online Google rankings|Google keyword rankings} for { Company Name } for high traffic keywords like "INSERT KEYWORD" from #18 to #4. (this of course applies to real businesses that you helped grow, don't just put these numbers into an email and send it out! also make sure you obtain permission from your client first) {References available.|I do have references available.|Ask for references if interested.|If interested, ask for references.|References available.|References available if requested.}
What do you do when you just start and have no case studies to prove your abilities? I always thought about doing Social Media Marketing as a reseller from a highly rated company I found and then run monthly campaigns for them sourced through email marketing on Apollo to boost traffic to their accounts so others consume the content, engagement on the content/increased follower count, and/or conversions for a product or action.

Use cold email marketing to find businesses and specifically target business related social media accounts. I'd probably have to set parameters to small business though I'm sure after a certain revenue level they would already have this in place. Maybe focus e-commerce businesses.

Am I on the right track here? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Let me go through my sending set up that I have right now and go over the ones I've used in the past.

At the beginning I started with Woodpecker and yes I still obtained good results with it but I was disappointed in the software for various reasons and I didn't like the fact that I had to spend roughly $40/month per email address and at that time I was on a budget and I decided to connect just 20 paid Google email accounts through the software. Since I only had 20 email accounts in total I was sending higher volume of cold emails daily which was around 100 per day and my accounts were hitting spam more often and I was having to change my messages around a lot because there was no spin text feature. Also, I was annoyed that I had to split my lists into many smaller lists, in my case 20, in order to upload a single prospect list into a single campaign etc. The process was slow and honestly not user friendly for me. I spent too much time with that software and didn't has as much time on running my business that I wanted to have. I was also warming with Mail Reach at the time too which is also a pay per user set up. So to send from just 20 email accounts the monthly cost was around $1,500/month for the tools plus the Google starter plans which are $6/month per user which came out to $120.

So overall, tools like Woodpecker, Mailshake, Lemlist etc certainly work but I never loved any of them because of the difficulty in running bulk campaigns efficiently. I'm referring to Woodpecker above but I've tried many of the cold email tools that are available on the market...

One day it occurred to me that I could "do something about this" annoyance so I interviewed many software development companies and I decided to invest a small fortune into developing my own software that had all of the features that I wanted a good cold email tool to have. I knew I was going to use cold email marketing for years to come because it's proven to be the most effective lead generation system that I've used. Keep in mind, I have a top ranking agency website in the United States that ranks #1 on Google for some large volume keyword phrases but the lead flow I receive from that website is very low. Cold email marketing (when done correctly) has the ability to flood you with leads!

So my custom cold email marketing software is pretty amazing and I'm super pleased with how it works.

Here are some of the features that I had developed for it :)

- I can connect all of my email accounts into a single campaign. This means that I can have a single campaign running but send from all of my accounts at the same time! I don't have to split my 500,000 prospect list that I've collected over the years and split it into 75 individual files and run 75 separate campaigns anymore! This alone was worth the investment and saves me a ton of time.

- I can upload 100,000 prospects into a single campaign. The other annoyance I had with other cold email marketing and bulk emailing tools was the fact that I couldn't upload large lists of prospects into a single campaign, many of the tools seem to limit the user to anything from 3,000 - 15,000 per campaign which only makes things more complicated and time consuming.

- The good tools on the market allow you to use custom domain tracking for each email address and mine has the same

- The software automatically spaces my messages apart throughout my sending hours so if I've chosen 45 per day per email it will space those 45 sent emails out over my 10 hour sending period automatically to mimic human like sending which is important.

- I can add the unsubscribe link to the signatures so people can easily opt out but in my case I've found that the term "unsubscribe" is actually a spam word so I've reworded my unsubscribe sentence which has worked well.

- Since I can connect all of my roughly 75 email addresses into a single campaign I can easily update the message because I only have to update that in 1 campaign and not 75 campaigns.

- Although I don't use this feature I still wanted it developed. There is a main inbox where I can see all of the incoming messages that all of my accounts have received. I don't have to check my email addresses separately from one another. I actually have my accounts setup so that all 75 email addresses forward to my main "business email" account that I don't use for cold email marketing purposes. ALL responses send to that email account and I respond to all enquiries from that main account only. I don't recommend EVER responding from your cold email accounts because the reputation for those typically won't be as high as your main business email account. You don't want your responses to interested leads ever landing in a junk folder! I learned that lesson the hard way... And I learned that email warming messages can be sent back and forth between my 75 accounts without forwarding those email warming messages to my main business account. That also cleans up my main inbox and keeps the sending set up clean.

- I also use Spintax for my campaigns and my software allows that. This has been a huge blessing because I've found that if you send the exact same cold email message out thousands of times that the message itself seems to get flagged and you'll end up landing in the spam folder even if you're using a good email warming tool! But with Spintax you can cycle through virtually the same message and I'm now able to send virtually the same message for much longer than before this.

- I'll save one of my favorite features for last. My software allows me to input various "messages for warming" I've not been able to find a tool that can do this. They all send out generic emails like how Mail Reach does it or gibberish content like Gwarm. While both of those work and I've found Gmass to be the most affordable option (free) they don't let you choose the warming emails that are being sent out. With my software I actually will copy and paste my "actual cold email message" and paste that into my "warming message" settings. This allows me to send my actual cold email copy out and the software will mark those messages as "not spam" and "move to inbox" and "star as important" I've found this to be most helpful because now my cold email marketing messages don't seem to "burn out" nearly as fast so I'm not having to rewrite my messages every month or so.

There are 2 downsides to my software that I can think of now.

1 - My accounts are only warming between themselves so I still am using Gmass to warm up my accounts because I don't have a large network of other user email addresses.

2 - I developed this for my own company and it doesn't have the ability at this time to allow other users to use it like how Woodpecker etc does.

As I've been typing all of this out though I've been thinking, I'm sure there are a lot of other cold emailers that would like to use my software too. Please let me know if you guys would be interested in using my software for a low monthly fee and if I get enough interested requests I'll add in the ability for multiple users. This would help me out too because if there were a few thousand email addresses connected that would greatly benefit the email warming set up too.

I would be very interested. I also don't find any of the products out there build specifically for outbound cold email agencies. I'm currently using saleshandy.com and pabbly connected to G suite accounts and also smtp accounts on a private server. But the private server + smtp is about to be terminated, just not as robust as G suite.

Sales Handy limits each campaign to just 3,000 that's the huge problem I found with that software. The 3,000 limit makes everything so complicated when sending bulk emails.

G Suite is definitely the way to go I completely agree with you on that.

I'm sorry if the content is wrong.
What software can help me scrape emails of people who have viewed any url ???

You are using just one domain for the 75 email addresses?

No, you need to have multiple G Suite domains, I personally use a single domain name with a single email.

If my name was Dave I would have the following types of domains as an example:

[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]

All domain names should redirect to your primary domain name too.

So depending upon your sending set up you'll need many domain names and many G Suite emails. In my case I have around 75 at this time which I've found to be more than enough for bulk cold email sending.

No, I'm just here answering peoples questions with cold email marketing and people thought it was automated software at the beginning.

I'm definitely interested in your software if you decide to add users. Also, why not use aged or newly created gmail accounts for outreach instead of custom domains/G Suite?

If you can just limit the email sending on each account.

Using G Suite emails costs $6/month per email and they look much more professional compared to free @gmail.com accounts.

You're most likely targeting established businesses and you want to come across as a professional. It will help separate you from the spammers too.

Very interested in your software.

2 confirmed sales this week each at $1,000/month with a pending signup at $3,000/month at this time too. The power of cold email marketing!

Hey shahogen,
Would you plz let me know how many emails you send from each G suit acc per day right now? As you know the limit is 2000/day by default. but it could be less based on the google algorithm.

I'm sending roughly 3,000 cold emails daily from 75 email accounts.

I personally recommend sending 45 cold emails per day and then sending 100 warming emails per day. *I used to send around 100 cold emails daily and 100 warming emails daily but my accounts were getting suspended and running into issues and I decided to slowly decrease until I hit 45 and it's a sweet spot for me. Also, keep in mind, you shouldn't have to send thousands of emails to get good results!

I've had FANTASTIC results with this set up over many months of testing.

At this rate I have 2x the amount of warming emails compared to cold emails and it keeps my email reputation incredibly high for all of my accounts.

Don't try and send high volume emails from a single G Suite but purchase many domains and have a single email with each domain and you can't go wrong.

Proper email warming and sending with the right tools is important, as I've previously mentioned.
