When I'm running cold email marketing campaigns I'm sending roughly 3,000 per day and yes, that generates around 5 leads daily that's correct. I'm not sure why so many people on this forum are so skeptical to be honest.

With cold email marketing you can turn on and off the sending campaigns at any given time. For example, I'll sometimes run my campaigns for 60 days and bring in a lot of leads and work with new sign ups and then take 30 days off of the cold email sending but keep my email accounts warming up. I NEVER stop my email warming, that's an important factor for keeping the emails reputable and trusted.

I offer digital marketing so the 5 leads daily at $36,000 isn't saying that I need 5 leads per day to make $36,000/monthly because I'm already making that with the businesses I'm working with. I hope that makes sense.

When I'm running my campaigns I generally receive around 5 leads daily and that's from sending the 3,000 emails per day...

As far as collecting data is concerned, I've tried many platforms and I personally like Apollo because the data comes from LinkedIn. I've found that collecting data directly from LinkedIn is best.

Question, can you share how the first email looks like, just to have an idea, Thank you

*These 2 samples of course apply to digital marketing but please keep in mind cold email marketing is used by all sorts of companies. Insurance, financial advisors, business lenders, recruiters... In general, cold email marketing is best for high ticket items in my honest opinion.

But what tool are you using to manage 75 accounts? You mentioned a premium tool...is it custom or public?

What is your tech stack? I get you are using G Suite emails (assuming multiple domains), but what are you using to manage the email outbound?
Also, how do you consolidate the responses / replies? Do all the email accounts forward to one?
