Purchasing US Traffic with Minimum 1min Visit

I have a system in place with videos in which I want to drive traffic to the videos that auto play to generate revenue via CPM. My only conflict is the traffic must be from the US only and the visits must remain on the site for a minimum of one minute. Any assistance or referrals is much appreciated.

Depends on the CPM, the best traffic provider on here is a $8 ecpm and it is extremely high quality traffic. That traffic is good for clicks, views, and even some site interaction. If your content is interesting enough it can stay on your site 3min + so just use it to a target page with no navigation and just a video with your cpm videos on it. I just think that if you aren't making anything over $10 ecpm then the traffic is not worth buying because you won't make a profit.

That's the problem. I am making about $3 CPM, so I need to find a way to get the same high quality traffic but at no more than $2 CPM.
