What is allowed in the following:
Scenario 1 - People contact me and ask me to publish their apps on my Play Store account
Scenario 2 - I want someone else to publish apps from a suspended developer account on their account. The app in question would not previously have been suspended.
Scenario 3 - Publish apps for someone else on Apple AppStore whos Play Store accoutn has been suspended.
The possible problems:
The approval team for the app store might see that this is someone else app and not the actual publishers. So do them on grounds of impersonation. But what if the publisher had permission from the app developer?
The app published is recognised as an app from a previously suspended developer account and thus is not allowed by the new publisher. Is that possible?
