Proper tax declaration - How to deal with blackhat services?

How you deal with costs of services that you don't get a proper invoice from?

  • I create a fake invoice by my own

  • I do not consider this kind of costs in my tax claim.

  • I avoid them.

Hey guys,

I try to stay in clean in terms of taxes. No off-shore, no weird constructions.

Situation:
Starting in the blackhat niche I am using / buying services from anonymous parties. Accordingly there is no proper invoice.

Question:
How you deal with costs of such services in your tax claim? Do you create invoices by your own, to reflect this costs in your tax claim or do you just pay taxes on all your profits, not discounting your costs for blackhat services?

Thanks in advance for your feedback!

PS: Advises like "move off-shore" or "just don't report your profits" are not helpful (for me).

It is about services that I need to buy. For example costs for cloakers or middle man that load money on PPC accounts.

If the other side is not providing you with an invoice automatically, just ask them. They are often a legal offshore business too.

If they don´t offer any invoice, just use somebody else.

I always look if the company I am buying is from EU, so I can easily get an invoice
