I have a blog based on CRO (I am a Beginner) niche. One of the way that I choose to promote is using Niche related Forums. I found WorriorForum, Actiontakershub, H-educate Forum , Money Maker Discussinon forum etc.... on these list I allowed to post only on H-educate Forum and Actiontakershub but without Link.

My Question is , What is the right way to utilize Forum to generate traffic.

Try reddit and FB groups. But don't spam your link too often or else you'll get banned from there.

you could put it in your profile about, and if you upgrade to Jvip you could have a sig banner promoting it

Your title got my attention, it seems that you have failed in promoting using only one channel.

You have to understand that if you are blogging to make money, you have to target lower competition keywords and deliver on the search intent for those keywords.

This way, you will have, as a baseline, some level of search engine traffic.

Now, since you are focusing primarily on promoting on forums, the best piece of advice I can give you is to not post the link to your blog posts.

People will see that as spam.

The key here is to actually help people with their questions.

This means not linking to your website, not mentioning your website, and just simply helping people get ahead based on the information you know.

Once you've developed a credible reputation as an asset to the community, people who may be interested in the overall themes that you talk about, in this case, CRO or conversion rate optimization, would see your biography link or your signature and then click through.

That's how you play the game on forums as well as Facebook groups.

You have to demonstrate your willingness to help and the value of the information you share freely.

This is especially true if you plan to generate traffic from Reddit.

Simply dropping links and moving on doesn't work.

That is a surefire way to get banned.

Blogging is not exactly a get-rich-quick scheme, but if you promote your blogs/products online, and you do it properly, you can make thousands of dollars in a few months.

You need to be determined, willing to spend time online, and you need to have a basic knowledge of SEO, SMO, and copywriting.

First thing first. Don't mention other forums on this forum. That's against bhw rules.
The best way to promote blog is search traffic. Google and bing. Nothing beats them. So try ranking in Google and bing search or move on to next niche.
Finally use rest of them for getting backlinks and increase your blog authority that includes forums, Facebook, pinterest, reddit, quora etc.

Agreed.

The basic purpose of the Forum or any community is to bring people together on a common platform to share the knowledge, experience, discuss problems and find solutions. When people try to use the platform just to promote or earn traffic from it the objective fails and that is not accepted by the Forum administrators and you get banned.

@andykym So if you are really trying to get traffic from the Forums, then first change your approach! Think of Forums as an opportunity to contribute knowledge, learn and share experience with community.

Traffic and branding is a bonus that you will receive if you really follow the above mentioned principles. There are many people who are getting good traffic and earning their living out of the forums, but it was possible ONLY because they added value to the platform first.

I guess FB Pages and Group is underrated. I never consider doing that since I heard from Income School videos social traffic is not gonna help. But one of the sites I manage for my clients shows a good amount of organic traffic coming from FB. I guess you should consider that and also get advice from our fellow members.
