I say it's a classic honey trap.
Most of their discount is in the long term contract.
What happens when you need to grow? You have already paid for the long term and you will have to pay double for upgrading the service.
I am only saying that they simply have no interest in providing cheap quality service on an ongoing basis, only on the initial purchase.
