1. I am a content writer, so I bring the content. I already have 100-150 articles per niche for three niches prepared for publishing.
2. I am well-versed in web design, WordPress, and graphic design - meaning creating and running the website is going to be a breeze.
3. I am equipped with all the know-how regarding SEO thanks to my previous website projects.

1. I will prefer a web or graphic designer to share the load of frontend design; or a content writer to share the load of content development down the line.
2. Someone who can be an active contributor/thinker - not a passive partner.
3. Someone who has valuable resources, networking, strategies, or experience that can be used to scale money sites.
4. Someone who is not balls-deep into other projects already and looking for a little side income with this.

I am looking for a partner because if I go about it on my own, I will likely lose interest and the project will fall apart. If you fit the bill, DM me and I will share the plan with you. We'll need around $100 to start, which I will front completely. I will create the website, format the articles, schedule/publish the posts, etc. all on my own. You will just need to be active, do whatever you can, and think of ways to make the project succeed.
