Professional adwords advice

So i own a service business in usa. Its really competitive market and iv been using adwords for over 4 years. I used a few agencies that managed my accound but i didnt find anyone that i feel like doing a good job. Im spending about 10k a month and sometimes i just feel like i only break even. Im looking for someone that think he can help and can take a look on my account.

HINT: Get your self local Google verified Adwords Partner agency with high portfolio of ACTIVE clients.

Not that our IM (certified) department can't look on it , but the truth is that local agency will have bigger success with your campaigns .

Here's my no bs advice. Do it yourself. Ad agencies rip people off. Number 1 problem is usually that the ad copies suck. Second on the list is broad match keywords without tons of negative keywords. Lastly there's overspending on display ads.
