Problem Indexing Blog in Google

Hi All! I have been facing problems with indexing posts on my site onto google. Just want to put out there that I don't have the most hands-on experience when it comes to SEO and can use your input.

So basically, I had this blog that i bought for affiliate monetization, i wrote a few articles on it and then left it as i got bored and it wasn't generating any results. After a few months the hosting expired but i still had a domain.

Few weeks ago I decided to revive the site, put in some effort and start generating some income from it. Since the site was already accepted into Ezoic, i thought to use their free hosting for the site. i connected the domain, set up wordpress, and took my previous content from archive.org. i tried to get as much as possible but there are some posts that i have probably missed.

I've been thinking generating traffic from extremely low competition keywords and for a trial, i selected one keyword and wrote a post on it. its one of those keywords that if you search allintitlekeyword) you only get one result. I published the post with original content more than a week ago. I went on search console and requested its indexing. few days went by and still nothing. its been awhile and i found a method here on bhw that allows instant indexing through googles indexing api, its been more than 2 days and still its not showing in any results. when i search my site on google it shows 28 results out of which 3 are wp-content directories. i have around 55 posts and 3-4 pages.

now to get to the point, i have a few questions:

since my search console shows a lot of previous data and errors that causes a lot of backlog of errors, should i continue with the same account or create a new one? as you can see from the following image, it shows 58 archived (out of which a lot are wp-content directories) and 373 not indexed pages (most are directories)




Another experiment that i am thinking of doing is to check the keyword was to create a site on google sites and blogger, i heard that they get indexed much faster. is that true?

You should consider attempting to fix the errors on these pages and 404 anything you've deleted. After you've fixed anything, resubmit the URL to the GSC.

Also, what have you done in an attempt to get these pages indexed?

Have you:

- Posted the links on FB & Twitter?
- Submitted the links to an indexer?
- Tried creating backlinks after submitting to FB & Twitter?

Well, most of the errors are for directories in wordpress for example site.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-rocket/inc/ThirdParty/Hostings/O2Switch.php, etc. and the last crawl date for most of them is a few months ago when the site was hosted on the last hosting provider.

Should i manually request removal for these urls from the "Removals" section in GSC?

Secondly I heard that entering the sites into a pinging website tool (like https://www.prepostseo.com/ping-multiple-urls-online) helps, thats all i did right now. Are these indexers or is that something else?

regarding the backlinks, since these were low comp keywords, i thought that they would rank without any backlinks. I will however start creating them now.

not all of the allintitle results that show little to no results are easy keywords, actually most of them are probably not, its not the only factor that you should consider
if you did this a week ago as you said, i dont think its realistic to expect any results any time soon, your website probably has no authority and its not important to google

thanks @paja93 for your response. first of all one good update is that the post just got indexed in google a few seconds ago. i can now find it by searching allintitle:keyword, now i'll leave it to google to rank it in the coming days.

regarding the website authority, my site is around 5 years old and has a da of 14, i was previously generating traffic but i get your point that it is a determining factor for google.

now onto the keyword research, i basically want to get the most amount of traffic through bottom barrel keywords and monetize through ads. right now i'm targetting 3rd world countries and want my site to get around 50k monthly views as soon as possible. what keyword research threads or strategies do you think i should follow.

sorry for sounding like such a noob, i just want to get started on the right foot this time.
