private proxies failing scrapebox & bleach tests

I bought private proxies from a recommended source so i am pretty sure they are ok beause of how highly regarded the servie is & how quik & helpfull support has been.

the problem is in scrapebox they pass access, pass time but fail on ip security.

now this problem is happening with all proxies not just the ones i paid for

i also used bleach proxy checker

i saw a post saying to ignore the fail & it should still post comments ok but i cannot scrape any blogs etc

can anyone help? is there some router changes or network config i need to do???

all firewalls have been turned off etc

Common sense ... you should address the recommended source about this.

Contact the source. If they can't help, request a refund.
