Created a new ticket just now. #380345. It is about their proxies being registered with Instagram as 'open proxies' and thus Instagram blocks account creation from these IPs.

For anyone interested and using these proxies for Instagram please note that the batch I received does -not- allow you to create Instagram accounts. The IP addresses I got are flagged for Instagram account creation.
They work fine when you try to use the Instagram API but I imagine that even though that's working it might raise some flags with Instagram so I'll be heading off to another proxy provider to see if I can find some safe/untainted ones.

Hi, Just one question, how much time should I wait for my proxys to be activated? I have paid 150 proxys around 3 hours ago and them are not activated yet, I tought it should be immediatly, please help me getting them activated, I need to start a campaign now, my clients are already expecting my campaign to be working.

I open up a ticket last night around 9:00 PM CST stating that I purchased proxies and haven't received them yet. For a company that says proxies are "instant" they are far from it. I explained that I needed them for today at 9:00 AM . I wake up with a reply from support telling me to just purchase the proxies all at once next time and did not even process my proxies!! So I was unable to have my proxies at the time I needed them even after talking with a support representative. Purchased over 20+ packages I love the proxies but damn do they need some help with support.
