For anyone interested and using these proxies for Instagram please note that the batch I received does -not- allow you to create Instagram accounts. The IP addresses I got are flagged for Instagram account creation.
They work fine when you try to use the Instagram API but I imagine that even though that's working it might raise some flags with Instagram so I'll be heading off to another proxy provider to see if I can find some safe/untainted ones.

I open up a ticket last night around 9:00 PM CST stating that I purchased proxies and haven't received them yet. For a company that says proxies are "instant" they are far from it.
