This is getting a bit too much. I was prepared for the 18 hour downtime as they announced, i could live with the fact that things went wrong and that it took a day more, but its been more than long enough now and were not getting any updates on whats going on. The site is up but thats about it, proxies not working 'which would in de upcoming hours, 10 hours ago', not getting my lists, not responding to tickets. Get your shit together guys, i dont pay for this mess
They said they would restore our old proxies.. None of my proxies were restored, gave me all new ones instead. When I click on "refresh proxies" it just stays loading for the last half an hour. I was happy until now, but this really is terrible service.
Looking for a different provider myself, lol. someone lmk thanks. this blows. i just checked and i have lists in my service plans too, but they all dont work and definitly dont match my old proxy lists and they wont reply to jack shit - horrible service as usual

This is the biggest mess I've ever seen ...They gave me 100% new proxies and really no single one is working...This may be because their system simply removes my AUTH IP after a few minutes and adds others. But nevertheless .I've really had enough of this shit and they don't seem to want to compensate at all. New ticket is out..

I just cancelled all my packages with actproxy and went to a different provider where I also got a 20% off coupon. I don't know if i can mention them here. PM me if you want the name.

the real harsh truth is: they will give you some very poorly mixed proxy batch to you when you order.
and you feed them to your bot and BOOM!
you will see at least half of your accounts are banned by instagram immediately upon login.
and i won't bother to explain how much hassles i went through to fix the shits.
just don't bother to use
there are plenty of companies out there much better than this

When you click on Username/password at the ActProxy Panel you've to use exactly what you see there. Don't change anything.

Op.. a couple questions.
How "private" are your private proxies? I ask because I bought some before just to find out they are shares with multiple people and we're useless for my needs. Not you, but another service.
Secondly.. do you offer private proxies in very rare and obscure port ranges? I bought a package from squid proxies but they use port 8800 which is very common and any basic security system will identify you as a proxy.
I need private proxies on some weird ass port numbers. 736473 and shit.. lol
Can you offer this?
Third.. do you have any discounts? I mean private private discounts.. can you hook it up.
Let me know if you can accomplish this and you may have a bulk repeat buyer.
