I am managing a lot of client's instagram profiles and they start arguing! This shit hurts my business a lot....so an UPDATE with detailed informations would be highly appreciated! Even a information that you are not able to fix it during x hours/days would be great, because I would switch the provider for sure!

And? who cares for their maintenance? Of course I have a nerve to withstand some like 12h~24h, but not more than 3 days which is pretty annoying to be honest.
They deserve to have some bad reviews, case closed.

I hope we get some sort of compensation. I don't mind the downtime so much, but we should have been told exactly how long it would go down for so maybe we could make alternative arrangements temporarily at least.

Same problem here, raised ticket to add old proxies back to my account over 4 hours ago and still nothing....
 
Wow... 6 hours ago I sent a ticket for getting back my old proxies. Still no answer... congrats ...Can't even find the write words how much that sucks!

Probably still under maintenance but their reputation can't afford keeping the site offline more days...
 
Everything could be better if ActProxy just wrote where is the problem, what happened and told us real maintenance time... A lot of us got stucked business due to this and there is not any communication...
 
damn finally people start coming to the thread and complaining i thought i was the only one losing fucking money over this, this is bullshit i just purchased 50$ worth of proxies three days before maintenance, and now i cant use shit and am already dependent on these lists i have....u guys need to get this sorted, refund us, or learn to notify your customers a bit better in advance this is bullshit when i purchased and seen only 12 hours maintenance, i thought okay no problem but i would have definitely not purchased and would have switched services even if i knew it would be 3+ days offline time, matter of fact i might just do that if this isnt fixed by tomorrow morning..

We were notified, 2 weeks in advance and few days in advance. Update timers are kinda bad but there is nothing to do about it. I just hope everything will be up and running soon.
 
Update: Actproxy still very much not working. Can't connect to proxies, still haven't gotten my old proxies back and they are not responding to tickets/email. Don't buy from them till they fixed their stuff.
 
The worst service I've ever used!!!

1. By mail, they warned that the service will be updated on the 22nd and it will take 12 hours to update.
In fact the site did not work until October 25 october.

The third part of my proxy does not work till now!

Technical support does not respond to tickets!

WORST SERVICE!!!
