Prior Violation - Google play console developer

Hey guys
Prior violation was the biggest problem In google play in 2020 so far
Every account u open it, after u publish an app, you account get suspended because of prior violation
Here some solutions :
CHANGE ADMOB
CHANGE SOURCE CODE
CHANGE WHERE YOU CREATE/SIGN YOUR APP ( POSSIBLY Android studio tracking us)

Yes, I have... last month you have opened around 10 threads like that, can you just find your thread and reply in that instead opening new one and scaring users with click bait title?
There is no problem like that in Google Play if you are careful

I see, I just posted a result in this post and solution, not to scare bu to help, but I will ask admin to delete this post

Finally you decided to change admob :D

After reading a lot about this topic, i've summarized it to (correct me if mistaken) needing the following in order not to fk up:
  • Different developer accs in different vm's
  • Dedicated residential ip per vm
  • Dedicated phone number per each project
  • Dedicated address per project (you can fill payment info to random people and then just ask friends to receive the confirmation letter for you
  • Ask your bank for different bank accounts (it was easy at least in my country, and free)
  • Different credit card numbers to pay developer fee (just get it done)
  • Dedicated admob and dedicated adsense per account
  • Compiling without internet
  • Compiling in different vm's (you will have different mac addresses)
  • Using different gmail per project
  • Not using chrome if possible.
  • Common sense


1 small mistake and rip everything.


If anyone is interested in any step, quote me and I'll happy help you with what worked at least for me, here in Spain. All this information was gathered in this subforum, there are plenty of great and experienced developers such as @MofAges @amazighi007 @vinku @Mobime that I hope will correct me if I'm missing something in this summary. More:
-vmware have to be INSTALLED FRESH, not copied from VMWARE IMAGE found on torrent, they don't like Linux, install Windows 7
-vmware have to be disabled sound module (html play console can send sound messages to your phone if you have it on desk)
-before you compile app, remove it from your device
-never hide any fingerprint with tools/browser plugins
-gmail have to be PVA in country you opening Google Play account


There are many more things, once you learn and start getting experience, you do these things automaticaly.

Guys adding plugins to Firefox like useragents /disable webrtc / change geolocation, idk if it's works, anyway
It's all about the app/admob
Most guys don't have problem on how to open multi accounts, they get problems after publishing apps /Prior violation/

Do you mean the software vmware? who would torrent it when its free of use and downloadable at their official site? or you meant using different windows iso per vm that are not torrented?

From which device do you mean? the virtual one in the machine we are compiling from or from our personal computer we use to program everyday?

I think using rdp/vps or another computer to compile app is the best, I tried compiling the app inside vmware, didn't work for me

and here you have one of possible reasons of your prior violations, never use rdp/vps
 
To buy multiple devs accounts u do that with vanilla card/residential Ip?

Here, in Spain, at least for me, is difficult to buy multiple accounts

I'm not talking about opening dev acc in vps/rdp, in talking about using it to compile/sign the app only to avoid using the same android studio

Im from Spain aswell. Just create your own accounts, it's the only way you can be 100% sure the creator didn't fuck up with any step :) Regarding ips use simyo for spain (really cheap) + 4g modem

And what about the credit cards? Cos i've used Revolut, N26, etc but i need too much. How do you get lot ofs?
 
Yes but if u didn't pay attention with your apk, your account well get banned with prior violation after publishing it

In my case bankia + agreement with my account manager.

Go to the bank where you have your payroll and explain the case... I can have unlimited ones for example.

Hello i can tell you that admob is not the problem
i'm using now to open multiple account
-vm
-vip72
-new card for console
- sing apk in vm ware
-ccleaner
- new code source from buildbox
but still got prior violation

if you can afford it, buy @vinku latest e-book for multiple acc creation and avoiding bans.

That being said, it can be the source code of your app that might not be properly reskinned, or your ip provider in my opinion.

Like, it is impossible to get caught if you publish an app with:

Totally new mac adress
Total new IP (I recommend residential ones)
New card and identity on developer acc google play
Code made by you
