and yes depends from the locations, at least from here this is a huge amount of pay, this will be $1,000 a month for 160 hours of jobs, how much can cost the hour in your location for a java engineer? just for curiosity

I believe Federal Minimum wage is $7.25. That will change depending on the state and locality you are looking at. For an entry level Customer Service position, you are looking at $10-12+/hr in my opinion.
All that is assuming you are looking for someone in the US, but for what you are asking for I don't think 4 and 6 bucks per hour will get you anything close to what you are requesting.

Yes you are right, from US citizen this will be the minimum.
that is why a lot of company in the US. go country by country looking for classified website, posting his job with low bid, because this is a win to win situation for both, the company pay less and people where they post his job get a decent salary in his own home.
do you realize that this is happening now, that is way are a lot of unemployment in much country because cheap labor is better outside of his own country.

this mean if you work 40 hour in the week you make $250, per four 4 week at month are $1,000 totall as salary, if you are and say the in the USA the minimun is xx.xx well guess what? be preparing to work in this way ( cheaper ) and not on an office, because company are looking for people outside the USA. for a cheap labor that exist, even in europe are implementing this method.

Thanks for your comment, and just for clarification I already ask the question to the contact of the company and answer me the ID is necesary, in my case I can add peopel to the system with just the resume attached and request the ID once they have passed the test and trial week and has been hired.
