I haven't encountered single dmca issue yet on my website but i did got single video deleted from xvideos.
Here is the foolproof guide.
Some pornstar agents monitor the content uploaded and report this , now if you go through xvideos in detailed and analytical search even bother making some excel sheet to keep track of which pornstar videos are not removed that are uploaded by normal user accounts (this here is crucial , as pornstars themselves promote their own videos).
You can simply find those videos and upload them without worrying. Also xvideos has policy of 2 infrigements and third time you get 6 month ban.

Now regarding my own website , i just make /dmca webpage on which i do noindex meta and on every page in footer i link to it with some generic text such as this

17 U.S.C. § 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) <<< This text becomes link to /dmca

Now when it come to hosting and embedding , i host on linode on New York datacenter , so you really cant get any more western then that , and i embed videos from other porn websites , so i do make notice into dmca section that this web server is merely embedding videos and if they want their video removed from internet , not only from these webpages they should contact the owners of such servers.

And when it comes to my own location , i am from Eastern Europe , that all i am willing to share.

Oh it does , it does very much. But its crucial to target USA / Canada / UK / Australia / Virgin Islands in short English speaking countries , they have best rates!

I wonder if there would be a way to get around the Great Firewall. There is a huge demand in China since most porn sites are blocked without a VPN.

Exsperts of xvid plese help me

I setup loads of xvid accounts i do the following

Use fresh proxies
Always use cccleaner afther each account has been made
Use a diffrent short url in all my watermarks
Fill out all bio and picture stuff

But account keep getting deleted from
Xvid so what or how they spying on me please exsplain...

No idea , but for what reason are you making multiple accounts? What are the benefits? And why are you watermarking with shortlink ?
Its better to use single account as people add you as friend and you get subscribers which increase your overall video views and by that , video gets more recognition on xvideos site , thus more exposure.

Thanks for this tip. I might get into this niche. I have a dump of screen caps that I collected from cam sites that I might upload. Camrips seem to be more popular than actual pr0n these days.

They do ? I was never really much into cams , so i never explored that that portion of adult biz , well if you can make it work then great.

Here is another tip :
10% to 15% of videos you upload on xvideos as ads make sure to have some very good titles such as "Ultra Rare <insert model name> SHOW" etc , this works like charm as long as you don't spam the shit out of it.

The more accounts i can make the more traffic ill have , the more income hopefully ill receve.

10k traffic to 20k traffic each video i upload
And redivert to money page , get around
400 a day in income ...

400$ per day? That is nice, but why dont you upload all videos on single account ?
Either i am missing something here or your logic is flawed!

Uploading to mutipule acconts increase traffic you have to do new domain and use a new short url and new watermark but hay i get plenty traffic what you get from one account i get x10 the traffic....

Mutipule accounts are to boost traffic that it

One account is just one flow of traffic
Multipule of accounts is multipule flow of traffic 10x fold

where you take video for your website?
sorry i am newbie

Its been a while and few things happened.

Got another strike on Xvideos , and today got another notice. So in few days ( 5~7 ) i believe my account will be suspended on Xvideos which is kinda bad thing , since most of exposure comes from there , i will look into alternative methods of accessing xvideos if ban do occur also if you have anything to suggest please do.

According to google analytics i have 28% of returning visitors , so that is a good thing even if xvideos do disable my account i still got some traffic coming in.

Social Media is growing but very slowely , a note is that i am not very active , i do post image every few days , so i guess that needs to be worked on.

Here comes update.

After 3 notices xvideos wasn't banned as i expected. It seems that you now need to have 100 videos deleted from xvideos to receive ban according to updated policy , but i am not sure about this.
Also i have gotten 4th notice , so we will see about this.

I have made another website which is live but i am not actively adding content , just playing around with layout and looking forward to make exceptional user experience with navigation / simplicity of browsing.
I have also gotten my hand one two more domains which are similar to original and are 301 to main website. Maybe in future i might turn one of those into separate website.

Current Earnings : around 14h remain for 7/12
