Personally bing ads didn't work for me at all. Id try a different one like google or solos

I am trying bing ads recent days. I had thousands click form bing but only i made 1 sale from 1 weight loss product. You can see the pic.

I am promoting clickbank product. Adwords banned me. I use in bing direct linking and presell method but only i made 1 sale
