Please help me to identify this facebook trick

Hi everyone
I have seen something in a facebook's fanpage that cought my attention and I'm very interested in knowing how the owner managed to do that, so I need your valuable help to identify that method and be able to do something similar :D: basically he post "videos" in its timeline which if you clic from a PC it plays normally (default facebook player) but If you try it from a mobile phone, it redirects you to an external web (where you can do many things to earn money ;)) can any expert help me do the same?

I searched here but no luck so far

It's a Website Conversion ad. When you click on it, you are redirected to a page he chose before and the video keeps playing at the top of the screen
 
ffs the ones comenting here know absolutely nothing about facebook !
one mentioned cloaking lol seriously don't comment if you don't know anything you are giving wrong info and the guy might go spend tons of cash for cloakers when it has nothing to do with it
@icaro9 the answer is CTA videos "Call To Action" you do it in power editor
there is a lot of info regarding it that i do not have the time to share now but it is public here on BHW you do it on powereditor you have complete guides how to do them on youtube
they are a bit tricky tbh 'cause they used to work amazing for traffic so facebook kept on updating them often
now they are not as good as they used to be and they are not treated as videos but links so less reach

I don't think it's a CTA ads because the video on PC doesn't perform any action but in a mobile phone barely you click on, it´s redirects you to an external web
Anyway if someone can help me with a complete example I would appreciate it as I'm not very skilled programmer

I now what you mean, I see it a lot, and the guys doing it make a lot of money, I tried to do it but I have to use fb ads call action, button learn more, but the ones you said the don't even use ads from fb, It's really good for viral videos.

You havent showed us so i cant say for sure
Id it contains a video it is a cta
If it has no video it may be a fake video thumbnail its a link
And i strongly believe its a cta video without adding cta button
Just go to thr video and press pause you will see a link will appear
Cta videos do not perform the same on mobile and desktop
