[Please Help] Bing closed my account

I have saved up $2,500 to do CPA with Bing PPC.

I made a content locker for my offer. CPA Network am using is CPAGrip.
But when I created my first campaign, account got closed.

I used twitch.com in Display URL, I think that is the reason. But what do you think?

I made a lot research so far. But I didn't get this, Bing allows content locking for CPA?

Please help me how I can go about this. Thanks

I have no idea what you mean, but I'm simply asking if there is more to the story. Usually, you don't give Microsoft real money to have your account banned. If you don't provide the details, how can we help? Did you save up $2,500 of Bing Ads coupons, or did you violate ToS, etc? Something doesn't quite stick, in regards to your story.

Sorry. I got it wrong. I haven't given them my money. I created an account and account was post paid type. I was supposed to pay after I got traffic, something like that. I still have money with me.

May be I have violated their ToS. I used content locker in my landing page, added twitch.com(in my display url, which is not mine :P). Those are the two things I think I have violated. Haa, also I didn't had ToS, Privacy and Policy pages to my site.

Is it ok if I add CPAGrip Content Locker in Bing PPC?

Content locker is not allowed. Look at Bing ad term of usage. They stated that clearly.
